Our Story
I’ve always loved the simplicity of a bar soap.
It’s honest. No mystery ingredients, no plastic bottles, just a clean ritual — water, soap, skin.
But even as a devoted bar soap user, I was never fully satisfied with the experience.
Traditional soaps come with frustrating flaws: they’re slippery, hard to hold, slow to lather, and almost impossible to use when they shrink into tiny, breakable pieces. Worse, they sit in puddles and invite bacteria unless you obsessively dry them after every use.
I tried everything — loofahs, soap savers, brushes, fancy soap dishes, foaming nets from Japan and Korea. But nothing worked quite right.
So I started experimenting.
One day, I sat down and sewed my own foaming bag — simple, soft, quick-drying, and thoughtfully designed.
To my surprise, it worked better than anything I had tried.
It solved all the problems: it made my soap foam instantly, kept it dry between uses, made it easy to grip, and let me use every last bit of the bar.
It was the perfect soap experience.
That’s when I knew I had to share it.
I started Soaplord not just to sell handmade soaps, but to reimagine the way we use them.
To elevate an everyday object into something beautiful, practical, and deeply satisfying.
Each Soaplord bar is crafted with care — inspired by the wild landscapes of America’s national parks and paired with our signature foaming bag, so you can enjoy nature’s healing touch with zero frustration and zero waste.
Soaplord is for bar soap lovers.
And for those who will be — once they finally try it the right way.
